Community Support

Cactus Technology Solutions prides itself on our involvement in the communities we serve.  Our involvement encompasses both volunteerism and leadership within some of the respective organizations.  A highlight of some of these organizations we support include:

As an organization to empower small business owners via small business loans and minority business loans for women, startups and entrepreneurs in business, San Antonio’s LiftFund was a natural benefactor for Cactus Technology Solutions.

As one of the largest food banks in southwest Texas, the San Antonio Food Bank’s mission is simple – to fight hunger in Southwest Texas through food distribution, programs, education, and advocacy.

Providing help and hope to cancer patients through financial, emotional, spiritual and social support is the primary mission of Abilene’s Cancer Services Network.

Day Nursery of Abilene works to ensure that affordable childcare is available for children from all economic levels. We maintain an environment, as well as programs, that promote the physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of the child. This also includes the acceptance of cultural diversity. Day Nursery ensures that children who attend are ready-to-learn when they enter kindergarten.

Selected women of the Big Country are featured as the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red in the nationally recognized ‘Go Red for Women’ education program.  This signature event primary focus is to end heart disease and stroke in women.

As the premier organization for the training and development of women volunteerism to improve the community through effective action and leadership, the Junior League of Abilene history is impressive.

Providing quality programs to empower women and children, the Alliance for Women and Children educates and assists women to be health conscious and self-sufficient while providing a nurturing and safe environment for school-aged children.

The Mission of the Abilene Tennis Association (ATA) is to promote and develop the lifetime sport of tennis as a means of healthful recreation, physical fitness, social skill development and character building and to provide accessible tennis programming to players of all ages and abilities regardless of background, circumstance or lifestyle.

Their network of volunteers donates over four million hours of volunteer time annually. We focus our efforts in five major areas: helping military families, protecting the environment, education, life enrichment and health and human services.

A corporate cornerstone in a metropolitan community of over 600,000, the business function of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce believes that humanity’s single greatest innovation for the creation of jobs, productivity gains, and community wealth is business.
