Amy Milam is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cactus Technology Solutions, where she manages sales, operations and all other aspects of the company for continued growth. Amy has over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the telecommunications industry with 23 of them being at AT&T.
Prior to starting Cactus Technology Solutions, Amy held many sales roles with the most recent position being a Regional Sales Manager for West Texas with AT&T. During her tenure as an RSM, Amy built a team of fifteen new sales representatives in West Texas which achieved much recognition and numerous awards. She empowered sales staff and achieved the goal of making her group the top revenue team within her division year after year. Amy’s team was honored for their award winning performance leading the nation in Net Promoter Score attainment as well as awards for top producing team in year over year revenue and sales growth.
Amy is recognized for helping the community through volunteerism and annual events that drive corporate sponsorship for local charities. She remains actively involved with the Telecom Pioneers, AT&T’s employee volunteer group as well as sponsoring and volunteering on committees with The Junior League of Abilene, Go Red for Women, The Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and The Alliance of Channel Women.
Amy earned a B.B.A from Texas Tech University. She lives in Abilene, Texas with her husband John Milam. Amy and John have three sons.

Kim Schofield is Director of Operation for Cactus Technology Solutions. Bringing 27 years of experience in telecommunications, she truly understands the ins and outs of the business and how to ensure a world class customer experience. Making a difference to help assist customers and working together to build a successful company. Providing quality customer service and partnering with AT&T to create solid relationships.
Jazmyne Renfro is Director of Project Management for Cactus Technology Solutions. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing – Jazmyne launched her start into the IT industry joining, AT&T Business Sales Leadership Development Program. With 6 years of marketing and sales experience; she has spent over 3 years within the technology industry, building strategic partnerships with businesses of various sizes. She takes pride in improving business operations, though implementing solutions such as: MPLS networks, cloud, security, and mobile applications. Jazmyne has a tremendous passion for customer centricity, and brings an in a depth of knowledge of assisting customers through IT implementation.
Becky has a proven tenure of sustainable growth and success with over 28 years of outside sales experience in the telecommunication and media advertising industries. Dedicated and committed in every endeavor, she utilizes creative, customer-focused solutions and enhances organizational effectiveness with vision and purpose.
Prior to joining Cactus Technology Solutions, Becky spent 18 years at AT&T as a Client Solutions Executive Level II; responsible for new business development, account penetration and retention within the assigned Permian Basin. She championed her success and strategic relationships by implementing customer-focused, solution-based sales strategies and managed account growth through productive sales offerings that included Local and Long-Distance services, Managed IP and VoIP services, and Hosting and Mobility services. She managed a large and diverse account profile list and integrated her unique relationship management with each of her customers.
She also spent over 10 years in the radio advertising industry growing revenue and relationships in customer accounts also in the Permian Basin.
Becky has and continues to be a pillar of the Permian Basin community involved in her local church leadership and volunteers her time serving at the Midland Breaking Bread Kitchen and serves home-bound seniors. She also unites globally and sponsors and serves children at an orphanage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti; as well as being an annual donor for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and FORHISGLORY Outreach.

Denice brings over 30 years of sales/consultative selling to Cactus Technology Solutions. Though her emphasis has been in the marketing/advertising space most recently, she has used the consultative selling approach in all of her roles. A Fort Worth native, Denice is a creative marketing leader with an intrinsic ability to forecast trends, analyze opportunities and develop sales and marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns and messaging to create unforgettable branding, valued market positioning and competitive advantages while exceeding customer expectations.
Denice was recognized as an inaugural Harte Hanks Leadership Forum, and is involved in both civic and community organizations, including Junior League of Fort Worth, Steer Fort Worth and many others.
Scott Jackson graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a BBA in Marketing. Before getting into the telecommunications industry, he spent 20 years in pharmaceutical sales. He has received numerous district/national honors and awards, recognizing his customer service skills and sales ability. Having been one of the founding members of another company in the telecommunications industry, he desired a change which lead to a new opportunity. Scott is now the Chief Operating Officer at Cactus Technology Solutions, Inc. He is a businessman who has a dedicated work ethic and values customer relationships and satisfaction. Scott operates with integrity, offers excellence in sales and service to his clients. Scott looks forward to working with current and future clients at CTS to provide telecommunication solutions and helping them with their networking needs.
Robbin brings over 20 years of sales, customer support and account management to Cactus Technology Solutions. Robbin is a dedicated Client Solutions Executive that believes in ensuring that her customers are provided with a total solution that fits their technology needs for today and future.
Prior to joining Cactus Technology Solutions, Robbin was a Client Solutions Executive for AT&T in the Houston market and her primary responsibilities included account penetration and retention as well as introducing new products and solutions. These products and solutions included Mobility, Mobility Applications, Internet of Things Solutions, Managed IP and VoIP Services.
Robbin states that without customer service we would have no customers.
Robbin received a Service Excellence award because she was proactive in resolving customer’s billing or technical issues.
Miles is an integral part of the Project Management team managing day to day activities for customers installing and migrating to new services and products. Miles is responsible for maintaining key communication between the vendor and customer to ensure customers receive a premium experience during the project and order process. Previous to joining Cactus Technology Solutions, Miles worked as a hazard insurance adjuster and project manager. He enjoys hunting and fishing with his family and lives in Abilene Texas.

A Houston native, Stephanie is a solid professional within the IT/Telecom space, Stephanie brings several years of software/program experience to the Cactus Technology Solutions team. Stephanie’s emphasis of selling on-premise and cloud-based IT solutions is a valuable asset to the Cactus team, having worked with closely with several partners’ services and products. A steward of wasted expenses, Stephanie works closely with her clients to assure they are amplifying resources without maximizing their budgets.
When asked what makes Stephanie a great advisor for her clients, she quickly replies, “my clients know I have their best interest in all of my solutions.”
A seasoned telecom professional, Daniel has been in the business for six years and plans to continue to grow within industry. Daniel began his telecom career in 2013 with AT&T as a Client Support Specialist, where he was responsible for coordinating with organizations to oversee implementation of complex orders for complex data, IP and other product lines. In addition, Daniel was responsible for being the client-advocate to assure accurate implementation of projects, on-time billing performance and to develop strong relationships with a variety of groups responsible for support services.
During his free time Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two French Bulldogs, exercising, riding his bicycle and reading.
A native of Lubbock, Monte Menasco’s experience within the telecommunications space is impressive. With over 25 years as an IT professional, Monte‘s vast experience includes a large Dallas-based PBX company as well as work within the health care sector. Monte‘s role at Cactus Technology Solutions will be a transition for him from the technical aspect of the business to a sales role. Monte is quick to add his technical expertise and his understanding of the challenges that today’s businesses face when changing or upgrading technology can be daunting. However, Monte‘s attention to detail and his impressive abilities to listen to the needs of the client and clarify said needs will be a solid benefit any client will appreciate and realize a strong advantage.
